Terms of Service

Effective August 17, 2026 ยท Operated by TomorrowLabs LLC

Operator: TomorrowLabs LLC
Contact: info [at] tomorrowlabs [dot] net
Effective Date: 2026-08-17

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Constituent service, applications, websites, and related features operated by TomorrowLabs LLC ("TomorrowLabs," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Accounts and Security

You may be required to create an account to use some or all of the Service.

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate account information;
  • maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials;
  • all activity that occurs under your account; and
  • notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may disable, suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts as described below.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service does not display advertising.

The Service offers an optional, auto-renewing Supporter subscription for $5 per month. Supporters currently receive an allowance of up to 50 new AI-assisted calls to action per day and priority processing for call-to-action generation. Free accounts receive lower, activity-dependent daily generation allowances and standard processing priority. Priority processing does not guarantee any delivery or completion time. Core civic data and call-to-action access remain available without subscribing, subject to free-account limits.

For the Supporter subscription:

  • purchases are currently available through Google Play and, if and when offered, may also be available through the Apple App Store;
  • the subscription is auto-renewing unless canceled;
  • billing, renewal, cancellation, and payment details are managed through the store where you purchased the subscription;
  • you may cancel at any time through the same store where you purchased the subscription;
  • cancellation stops future renewals, and the subscription remains active through the end of the current paid billing term unless the applicable store or applicable law provides otherwise; and
  • refund eligibility is governed by the applicable store's policies and applicable law. For Google Play purchases, Google or TomorrowLabs may process a refund through Google Play. If and when Apple App Store purchasing is offered, refund requests for those purchases will be handled by Apple under its policies and applicable law.

Pricing, taxes, billing timing, renewals, payment processing, and related payment handling may be governed in part by the terms of Google Play or, if and when Apple App Store purchasing is offered, the Apple App Store.

Deleting your Constituent account or uninstalling the app does not cancel your Supporter subscription. You must cancel it separately through the same store where you purchased it. Payment or subscription issues may cause Supporter benefits to be suspended or ended, but core civic data and call-to-action access remain available without a subscription, subject to free-account limits.

If we later offer other paid offerings, billing methods, app-store platforms, or subscriptions, additional or platform-specific terms may apply.

4. Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TomorrowLabs grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

No commercial use is permitted unless expressly authorized by a separate written contract with TomorrowLabs.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • use the Service in violation of law or regulation;
  • scrape, harvest, extract, mirror, frame, or systematically republish the Service or its outputs;
  • use bots, scripts, or automation to abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive source code or underlying models, except to the limited extent non-waivable law permits;
  • interfere with synchronization, queueing, notifications, account systems, security features, or service integrity;
  • attempt to access another user's account, data, or non-public information;
  • use the Service or its outputs to build a competing or substitute service without authorization;
  • misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority;
  • upload or transmit malicious code, harmful content, or material intended to disrupt the Service; or
  • use the Service or its outputs for commercial exploitation unless authorized by contract.

6. Public Data, Third-Party Dependencies, and No Government Affiliation

The Service relies on third-party systems, infrastructure providers, and public-data sources, which may include government data providers, subscription platforms, authentication providers, geocoding providers, hosting or database providers, queueing systems, and configurable AI or OCR providers.

Those sources and services may change, become unavailable, provide inaccurate or incomplete data, impose limits, or cease operating at any time. TomorrowLabs is not responsible for third-party outages, source errors, delays, removals, policy changes, or service changes.

TomorrowLabs is a private company. The Service is not a government agency, election authority, official public-record system, official communications channel, or substitute for any government website or publication. The Service is not endorsed by, operated by, or affiliated with any federal, state, county, municipal, legislative, election, or other governmental body unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Official government records, notices, election materials, and deadlines control over anything shown in the Service. We do not guarantee that calls, emails, messages, or other civic actions initiated through or suggested by the Service will be delivered, received, read, counted, or acted upon by any public official, agency, candidate, campaign, office, or third party.

7. Informational and Entertainment Purposes Only

The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

The Service, including any summaries, alerts, recommendations, analyses, notifications, or calls to action:

  • does not constitute legal, legislative, political, financial, or professional advice;
  • may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, biased, unavailable, or unsuitable for your needs; and
  • should not be relied on as a substitute for your own review, official government sources, or professional advice.

You are solely responsible for how you use, interpret, or rely on the Service and any outputs made available through it.

Do not rely on the Service for voter registration status, voting eligibility, polling locations, ballot information, election dates or deadlines, legal deadlines, official notices, or any requirement that must be confirmed through an official government source. Always verify important civic, legal, election, and legislative information with the relevant official source.

8. AI-Assisted Outputs

Some Service features may use AI or LLM-assisted processes.

AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, incorrect classifications, misleading summaries, unsupported recommendations, or other defects. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TomorrowLabs makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind regarding such outputs, including as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, usefulness, or fitness for any purpose.

Our collection, use, and disclosure of information in connection with AI-assisted features is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. User Content and Submissions

As between you and TomorrowLabs, you retain rights you may have in content or information you submit to the Service, such as questionnaire responses, saved items, support communications, and feedback.

You grant TomorrowLabs a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, transmit, and use that information as reasonably necessary to:

  • operate and provide the Service;
  • personalize features;
  • maintain security and integrity;
  • provide support;
  • improve functionality; and
  • comply with law.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you agree that we may use them without restriction, attribution, compensation, or other obligation to you.

10. Intellectual Property

Excluding public records and third-party source materials, which remain subject to their applicable ownership and use terms, the Service's software, design, original compilation, branding, and original content are owned by TomorrowLabs LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.

Except for the limited use rights expressly granted in these Terms, no right, title, or interest is transferred to you.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe:

  • you violated these Terms;
  • your use creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk;
  • your account is involved in abuse, fraud, or unauthorized activity;
  • suspension is needed to comply with law or third-party obligations.

You may stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time. Account deletion disables access but does not cancel a Supporter subscription; you must cancel through the same store where you purchased it. See our Privacy Policy for account-deletion methods, retention periods, and exceptions. Termination or discontinuation does not relieve you of obligations accrued prior to the effective date of termination.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOMORROWLABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOMORROWLABS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF TOMORROWLABS FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.

14. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TomorrowLabs LLC and its officers, members, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

  • your use of the Service;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your violation of law; or
  • your infringement or violation of the rights of any person or entity.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by law, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

16. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or remove parts of the Service, including specific features, providers, jurisdictions, data sources, AI models, subscription offerings, or platform integrations. If we materially reduce or discontinue recurring Supporter benefits during a current paid term, we will provide notice and preserve the existing benefits through the end of that term where reasonably possible. If preservation is not reasonably possible, we will work through the applicable store to provide any remedy required or permitted by store policy or applicable law. We do not guarantee that any particular feature, jurisdiction, source, model, or item of civic data will remain available; this availability disclaimer does not change the statement above that core civic data and call-to-action access are available without a Supporter subscription, subject to free-account limits.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms and revise the effective date above. For material changes that adversely affect users, we will also provide in-app or email notice where reasonably practicable or required by law. Your continued access to or use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
